Mr. Ravi B. Goyal is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He was appointed as a Director on December 11, 2002, as the Managing Director of our Company on October 1, 2008. He was most recently re-appointed as the Managing Director of our Company with effect from August 1, 2018. Mr. Goyal is responsible for the management of the overall operations of our Company and our Subsidiaries. He is currently also on the boards of our Subsidiaries, ITSL, SVIL and GTSL. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Mumbai University. Mr. Goyal has approximately 24 years of experience in the field of technology. He has previously worked with DCM Data Systems Limited and Byte Systems Private Limited. Prior to establishing our Company, he established Advanced Graphic Systems, a proprietary concern, to market computer-aided textile designing software.

Mr. Goyal has been awarded the 'Best Payments Enterpreneur of the Year (2018)' at the Payments and Cards Summit organized by Kamikaze and the 'Promising Entrepreneur of India (2019)' Award from the Economic Times (ET Edge). He was also presented the 'Pride of India Award (2018)' for outstanding individual achievements and distinguished services to the nation by the Citizen Integration Peace Institute.

V.C. Gupte is leading the colour business at AGS Transact Technologies Ltd. (AGSTTL). At the helm of the Colour Business at AGS, since 1995, his experience in colour application across the industries spans almos four decades.

Prior to AGSTTL, Gupte worked with reputed organization like Wool Research Association, Mafatlal Group and Milton Roy, USA, in different capacities. Through the course of his journey, he has published over 40 research papers, edited 6 books and co-authored 2 books on colour technology. AGS set up AGS Colour Science Laboratory through Mr. Gupte's efforts at ICT (formerly UDCT) in 1999 and was guiding students for post-graduate & Ph.D. in Colour in the said Laboratory.
